What to Expect For the Course Unveiling Your Sacred Sexual Alchemy
Each 90 min Session:
We gather as a circle of support for 10 mins.
We each set up a relaxed reclined or comfortable seated meditation space,
quiet, warm and free from distractions.

Debra will create 7 specific guided Yoga Nidra meditation sessions,
PLUS an Opening Orientation Session- Total 8 sessions!
Each 30 min Session will be recorded and yours to keep.
10 mins will follow with Journaling about your experience.
40 mins will follow with the option to share your journey and receive support.
